This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Owosso MI and Bay City, MI. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, and provide supervision to clinical team members. Additional responsibilities include implementing behavior management strategies, training and educating caregivers, and closely collaborating with families to advance treatment goals effectively.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience or training in Behavior Management and Psychology
- Skills in Parent Education and working collaboratively with families to meet treatment objectives
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure as required in Michigan
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly those with autism or other developmental challenges, is highly desirable
- A passion for helping children achieve their full potential in a supportive and professional environment
