Travel Mammography Technologist(Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Bay City, MI .
Assignment:
- Days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10;
Four ten-hour shifts 7:00 am to 5:30 pm - Day off during the week will rotate - Start Date:
3/16/2026 - Contract:
13 weeks - Location:
Bay City, MI - Travel Policy:
Anyone within a 35-mile radius is considered a local traveler. - Nonbillable
Hours:
12 hours of initial hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs high-quality breast imaging (mammograms) using specialized equipment, focusing on patient care, positioning, radiation safety, and producing images for radiologist interpretation, while also handling equipment maintenance
- Quality assurance (QA/QC) and record-keeping to meet regulatory standards like MQSA.
- Guide patients through screening and diagnostic procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding, and may assist with other breast imaging, such as ultrasound or biopsies.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
- 2+ years of Mammography experience is required
- ARRT (M) Certification is required
- Bone density experience is required
- May need a traveler to float to a different location, will be paid .34 for mileage.
- ARRT is required
- BLS (AHA) is required
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
