• Lobby Maintenance:
  Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming. This includes sweeping, mopping, and tidying up seating areas, as well as restocking supplies.
• Pool Maintenance:
  Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and welcoming. This includes sweeping, mopping, and tidying up seating areas, as well as restocking towels.
• Overview of all public areas, including lobby, restrooms, meeting spaces, and pool area. Ensure areas are clean, organized and welcoming.
• Customer Service:
  Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Delivering special request items – guest amenities.

• Must have attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
• Availability to work 3-5 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
