Fullstack Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer experienced in Node.js, Express, Mongo

DB, Redis, and AWS to build and maintain scalable backend systems and clean, responsive front-end applications. You'll design APIs, manage databases, implement caching, handle file/email workflows, and support real-time AI-driven calling features.

• API Development:
  Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express.
• Model and optimise Mongo
  
  DB (Mongoose) schemas, indexes, and transactions.
• Handle backups, restores, and migrations; ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Caching and Queues:
  Use Redis for caching, rate-limiting, and lightweight job queues; manage cron-based tasks.
• Manage file ingestion/export (CSV, XML, XLSX).
• Build email workflows with Nodemailer (EJS/Handlebars) and AWS Work Mail routing.
• AWS Operations:
  Manage EC2 instances, security groups, S3 assets, IAM roles, and presigned URLs.
• Security and Reliability:
  Implement authentication, input sanitisation, logging, and alerting.
• Front-End:
  Develop responsive interfaces with React/Vue.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with cross-functional teams to plan, scope, and deliver features on time.

• 4+ years of experience developing production-grade web applications.
• Strong skills in Node.js/Express, Mongo
  
  DB schema design, and query optimisation.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, Work Mail).
• Proficient with Redis and background job scheduling.
• Understanding of email systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops basics.
• Experience with AI Agents (Retell AI, Live Kit, Twilio, Vici Dial).
• Familiarity with AWS ECS and advanced CI/CD pipelines.

• File and Email: xlsx, fast-xml-parser, Nodemailer, AWS Work Mail.
