• Conduct operational assessments and business process reviews to understand customer needs
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend innovative changes for business process reengineering
• Design and deliver training materials to enhance user competency with new software implementations
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure software meets customer requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as a liaison to adapt software solutions for specific client use cases

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, or related fields
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal guidance

• Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong project management skills and experience with software deployment processes
