Strong experience in Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting.
Good experience in SCCM/MECM OS deployment and Task Sequence troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Experience with Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop hardware issues.
Experience in device replacement and user data migration activities.
