This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medicare Benefits Consultant located in Bay City, MI. The Medicare Benefits Consultant will advise clients on Medicare options and supplemental insurance products, assist with retirement roll-over accounts, and provide expert consultation on employee benefits. The role also involves conducting client meetings, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs.

This position requires staying up-to-date with insurance regulations and providing excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
• Strong background in Consulting and Insurance practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to analyze and clearly communicate complex information about Medicare and related products
• Licensed Insurance Agent in the state of Michigan or willingness to obtain licensing
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in senior benefits or Medicare-related consulting is a plus
