Demand Analyst

Dow is seeking a Demand Analyst to support its global manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop data-driven demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales, market trends, and customer insights. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, production, and commercial teams to align demand plans with capacity, inventory, and service goals. Responsibilities include monitoring forecast accuracy, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting S&OP with scenario analysis.

You will help identify demand risks and opportunities, contribute to continuous improvement, and operate in a culture focused on safety, inclusion, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, market trends, and customer data to develop demand forecasts for Dow products
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and sales teams to align demand plans with capacity and inventory targets
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on real-time data and market changes
• Prepare regular demand reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership
• Support S&OP processes with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and propose mitigation or optimization actions
• Leverage ERP and demand planning tools to improve forecasting efficiency and reliability
• Partner with finance to support budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis
