Drummond Island Resort is seeking a Pro Shop Supervisor to join our golf operations team at The Rock Golf Course, one of Northern Michigan’s premier golf destinations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily Pro Shop operations while delivering an exceptional golf experience consistent with high-end golf and PGA-level service standards.

The Pro Shop Supervisor leads daily operations of the Pro Shop, supports golf guests and groups, oversees merchandising and staff execution, and helps create a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all golfers and resort guests.

• Open and close all aspects of the Pro Shop daily
• Process golf, retail, and recreation transactions accurately
• Oversee merchandising, product display, labeling, and stocking
• Supervise Pro Shop staff, bag room attendants, golf cart staff, and beverage cart operations
• Maintain a professional golf environment and exceptional guest service standards
• Assist golf groups with arrival, coordination, and overall experience
  
  Train and coach staff to ensure consistent service execution
• Support tournaments, events, and daily golf operations

• Previous supervisory, golf operations, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills preferred
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance
