Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and other members of the healthcare team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Demonstrate a commitment to our residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being

Requirements:

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license
