Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal health outcomes

Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, and maintain accurate and timely records

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
