As a Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in leading our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

• Develop and implement unit policies, procedures, and standards of practice to ensure excellence in patient care

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that promote holistic and individualized care

• Foster a culture of safety, respect, and open communication among staff members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address gaps in patient care

• Demonstrate a passion for quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development
