• Base wages: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on years of certification)
• Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
• Shift Premium for 2nd or 3rd shift: $1.00 – $1.50 per hour

• 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skincare, and routine morning and evening mouth care.
• Track and document nutritional intake, vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as needed.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors; foster a positive, healthy healing environment.

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program.
• Current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player who is dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
