Position: LPN Nurse - Days and Nights - $33.55 base pay!

Salary & Benefits

Starting Wage: $30.15 per hour
Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour

Scheduling
  • 12‑hour shifts including rotating weekends and some holidays
  • Full‑time and part‑time positions available
  • Days or nights shift options
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
  • Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
  • Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction, assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with patients, families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment.
Qualifications
  • Current license to practice as an LPN (Practical Nurse) in Michigan and current CPR certification.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
  • High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex patient needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing tasks efficiently.
