• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and interactions

• Previousyears of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
