Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER)

McLaren Bay Regional Medical Center offers you the chance to deliver fast-paced care in a welcoming community near Lake Huron. As an Emergency Room RN, you will assess, triage, and treat patients of all ages, responding to urgent medical needs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Michigan RN license.

Required certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC). Completion of a Basic Neuroscience course and Basic Dysrhythmia course is required within the first months of hire. At least 2 years of recent emergency nursing experience is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Recommended skills include critical care experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
