Role:
Registered Nurse specializing in hospice care Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care in home and facility settings, focusing on symptom management, comfort, and quality of life for patients with serious or terminal illnesses.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop/update individualized care plans
