Mersen is seeking a qualified Quality Manager in Michigan to oversee the Quality System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure conformance with ISO 9000:2015 and AS9100 standards across production and supplier interfaces.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will lead QA staffing, audits, NPR, non-conformance handling, and data-driven improvements to reduce scrap and improve on-time performance while supporting manufacturing teams.
