As a Dishwasher you are responsible for keeping the dish area, restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. • Rinsing, scrubbing and scraping food from all dirty dishes, silverware, and cookware and washing them by hand or placing them in racks or on a conveyor to a dish washing machine.
• Placing all clean dishes in proper storage areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Removing garbage and placing refuse in designated pickup area.
• Cleaning drains, disposals and sinks to ensure proper drainage.
• Following all health regulations and assisting in maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Setting up dish machine and ensuring machine is operating properly.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators and other kitchen surfaces.

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• You are able to stand for long periods of time.
