We are seeking friendly and self-motivated individuals for our Restaurant Support Staff position, which includes server and buffet assistant duties. This role is part-time with the potential for full‑time hours during the summer.

• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, including removing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware.
• Preparing tables for new guests by arranging utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware.
• Refilling beverages like water, coffee, and tea, and maintaining beverage stations.
• Supporting end‑of‑day clean‑up tasks such as emptying trash, sanitizing menus, and restocking service areas.
• Responding to guest requests and communicating complaints or special needs to management.
• Assisting with event setups and rearranging tables and chairs for larger groups.
• Restocking and replenishing food and beverage items to keep the buffet well‑stocked.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including utensils and serving dishes.
• Assisting guests with inquiries or special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitoring food levels and reporting needs to the chef.
• Setting up and breaking down the buffet as required.
