Job Summary
The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Bay City is seeking Restaurant Servers for the Riverfront Grille restaurant. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent dining experiences for hotel guests and local diners in a fast‑paced environment. AM and PM shifts available.
Hours per Week20-40 hours
Responsibilities- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
