Thelen Honda is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our sales team. As a successful sales consultant you must be a great team player, have great energy, with an important emphasis on customer service.

• Assist customers throughout the entire purchase process.
• Work with sales and finance managers to ensure the customer is getting the best options.
• Understand and explain the vehicle’s performance, technology, and safety features.
• Build and maintain your customer base and relationships.
• Have a great motivation to meet or exceed the projected sales numbers.

Full-time salary/commission based position includes competitive wages with upward mobility potential, medical and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a retirement plan with employer matched percentage, paid vacation and holidays, and training pay throughout the training process.
