. In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base. • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
