Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor foot traffic, assist with directions and/or general information, and support a professional presence during business hours, peak traffic periods, and special events;
Observe and report potential hazards, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate with local site contacts and emergency services when needed;
Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns
