Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed conditions and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and attentive reporting;
Support retail operations by providing directions, assisting with crowd flow during busy periods, and communicating professionally with clients, guests, and/or local responders when needed
