The Associate Business Services Consultant will provide essential support to the Business Services Team by assisting with day-to-day employer engagement activities and workforce initiatives. This role focuses on helping employers connect with talent by supporting job fairs, hiring events, recruitment activities, and related workforce projects. The Associate will perform administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth coordination between employers, jobseekers, and career office staff.

• Respond promptly and professionally to employer inquiries through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist with entering, updating, and maintaining accurate job postings and related employer information in required databases and systems.
• Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual job fairs, including setting up materials, preparing schedules, confirming participation, and assisting with day‑of event coordination.
• Support the execution of hiring events by assisting with registration, employer/jobseeker check‑in, and basic troubleshooting of technical or logistical issues.
