Are you a licensed Civil PE ready to take the reins and lead a growing Public Works department? Lynn Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to help shape the future of municipal infrastructure across Texas.

• Lead and manage public works projects: water, wastewater, drainage, roads
• Oversee a team of designers and EITs, reviewing and redlining plans
• Guide field inspections and QA/QC efforts
• Own project scopes, budgets, and client relationships
• Collaborate across multiple Lynn Engineering offices
• Influence department growth and help shape internal processes

• Licensed Civil PE (required)
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
• Public works design experience (municipal focus)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and related tools
• Excellent communicator and team mentor
• Based in Bay City, TX (office-based with travel to project sites and meetings)
