Job Purpose
This role is focused on our supply and operational performance by means of our Yield Accounting Systems (YAS). It accurately tracks finished goods / intermediates production, raw material conversion efficiency, and variances through daily production postings, yields, and consumption. The position brings value with operational reporting and analyses for the Bay City and Bishop plants to create production metrics and cost visibility.
It sits within the Supply Chain organization and works closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments.
The role also manages physical inventory of catalyst from use through recycling and recovery with service partners, overseeing inventory and logistics activities for this high‑value component. It participates in projects related to site logistics, third‑party service providers, and planning. The position complies with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values & Strategies, policies, guidelines, international standards, supported by an IT technology platform, and HSE standards.
It may be based in either Houston or Bay City.
- Reconcile production and consumption results in the Yield Accounting System (Aspen AORA) daily and ensure automatic posting into SAP R/3 to support subsequent business processes such as MRP and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with a global team to standardize and align processes and procedures.
- Configure the Yield Accounting System (Aspen AORA) to support accurate and automated postings into SAP.
- Reconcile shipments, receipts, and loaded inventory for trucks, railcars, and barges at the Bay City and Bishop sites to support daily reconciliation and reliable inventory records.
- Generate and process SAP requisitions for selected raw materials in coordination with the Procurement team.
- Manage the operational volume component of month‑end close, including necessary adjustments and coordination with Finance and Accounting to provide supporting documentation.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of inventory balances between the YAS system and SAP.
- Develop and improve reporting tools in partnership with the Production team.
- Work with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Procurement to maintain data accuracy and process alignment.
- Provide support for additional operational or administrative tasks as required.
- Manage catalyst inventory and recycle/recovery activities, ensuring governance and transaction integrity for operational use, inventory, and physical movements receipt through recovery.
Report to the Supply Chain Organization within the global Yield Accounting team and process. Collaborate strongly with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Logistics across Bay City, Bishop, and Houston sites.

Education RequirementsCollege degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or an equivalent area.
Minimum Requirements- Two years of SAP experience or other ERP system.
- Advanced proficiency in analysis and reporting tools.
- Yield Accounting experience and subsequent tool experience (preferred Aspen Advisor or AORA).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI and database experience.
- Manufacturing setting experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task effectively.
