Position: Bilingual Customer Service Driver (Spanish) Full Time

Job Description

Job Description This position works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. In this position, you will also be responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using company vans or pickup trucks.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #7721, located at 2900 Avenue F, Bay City, TX .

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and documentation
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Mix and tint products to customer specifications as needed
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
  • Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs to the supervisor
  • Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled times
  • Comply with all driving laws, traffic regulations, and safety procedures
  • Prepare delivery reports and related documents
  • Operate equipment and machines such as trucks, forklifts, and other vehicles
Minimum Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without a need for sponsorship
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • For internal employees: most recent performance appraisal of at least “meets expectations” (3)
  • For internal employees: completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for the current position
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint‑related products
