Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Use the strength of the well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

• Valid license to drive locally and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually
• Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations
• Present professionally, including Empire branded apparel
