Position: Contract Technician

Overview

of Role and Responsibilities
  • Preparation, administration, and maintenance of contract databases and filing systems
  • Maintain filing system (electronic and hardcopy, inclusive of letter and change request logs - submittal and response)
  • Distribution and filing of correspondence from Contractors, as directed by Contract Managers and Contract Administrators
  • Distribution and filing of Minutes of Meeting as per Contract Distribution matrix
  • Processing and expediting of contract documents sent for signatures via Docusign and other means
  • Document Management and maintenance of Contracts in client’s Network Drive
  • Provide support to the CAs in obtaining required signature approvals of invoices, contract change orders / MOD’s, routing guides, etc.
  • Provide support to the Contract Administrators in tracking, expediting, collecting and collating contractor's daily, weekly, and monthly reports and regular data submissions
  • Supporting CAs in verification of monthly contractor invoices (if requested by CA)
  • Update and the administration of client Contract Management System (CMSi)
  • Preparation (under guidance) of contract weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform monthly CMSi and SAP reconciliations, and monthly Contract Management reports submitted to Functional Department Manager
  • Regular audit of contract files
  • Other administrative duties as required
