A client of 1 Resource Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily project operations in Bay Minette, AL. This position plays a critical role in coordinating project documentation, supporting field and office personnel, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring smooth communication between project teams, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced construction or industrial environment and possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, site leadership, and field personnel
  • Maintain and organize project files, reports, contracts, drawings, and correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, badging, timesheets, and workforce tracking
  • Enter and manage data within project management systems and spreadsheets
  • Prepare daily reports, project status updates, and other project-related documentation
  • Support safety and compliance documentation efforts, including maintaining training records and certifications
  • Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
  • Assist with document control and ensure accurate version tracking of project documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
  • Support additional administrative duties as assigned by project leadership
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project administration, construction administration, or industrial office support experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Construction, industrial, or turnaround/project site experience preferred
Work Environment
  • Combination of office and project site environment
  • May require extended hours based on project demands
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods
