Contract Technician
Location: United States, Bay Minette, Alabama

- Preparation, administration and maintenance of contract databases and filing systems
- Maintain filing system (electronic and hardcopy - inclusive of letter and change request logs submittal and response)
- Distribution and filing of correspondence from Cont actors, as directed by Contract Managers and Contract Administrators
- Distribution and filing of Minutes of Meeting as per Contract Distribution matrix
- Processing and expediting of contract documents sent for signatures via Docusign and other means
- Documents Management and maintenance of Contracts in client's Network Drive
- Provide support to the CA’s in obtaining required signature approvals of invoices, contract change orders / MOD’s, routing guides etc…
- Provide support to the Contract Administrators in the tracking, expediting, collecting and collating contractor's daily, weekly and monthly reports and regular data submissions
- Supporting CA’s in verification of monthly contractor invoices (if requested by CA)
- Update and the administration of client Contract Management System (CMSi)
- Preparation (under guidance) of contract weekly and monthly reports
- Perform monthly CMSi and SAP reconciliations, and monthly Contract Management reports submitted to Functional Department Manager
- Regular audit of contract files
- Other administrative duties as required
