As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Bay Minette, AL.

- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Create loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and technology‑based tools.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring daily branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
PNC employees are expected to be customer focused and risk‑aware, using their knowledge to create customized solutions and support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications- Associate’s degree or equivalent education and 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with a proven ability to meet individual and team goals.
- Proficiency with digital banking tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Ability to assess and manage risk in accordance with PNC policies.
- Valid background check clearance as required by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
- Accountability, customer loyalty, proactive sales, leveraging technology, and effective communication.
- Understanding of banking products, digital awareness, and the ability to engage multiple priorities.
