Pay: 1st Shift: $15/hour 2nd Shift: $15.50/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Handwork Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bay Minette. This position involves assembling products, stacking materials, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn machine operations and grow within the facility.

Assemble partitions and stack pads according to production standards Apply glue and operate presses as needed Assist with loading materials onto production equipment Measure materials using a tape measure Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and production guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals Learn additional machine operation responsibilities as skills develop

Ability to stand, move, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to occasionally lift at least 25 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to read a tape measure preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available for day or night shift opportunities
