1st
Shift: $15/hour
2nd Shift: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Bay Minette, AL
Job OverviewExpress Employment Professionals is hiring Production Handwork Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bay Minette. This position involves assembling products, stacking materials, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn machine operations and grow within the facility.
Responsibilities- Assemble partitions and stack pads according to production standards
- Apply glue and operate presses as needed
- Assist with loading materials onto production equipment
- Measure materials using a tape measure
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Learn additional machine operation responsibilities as skills develop
- Ability to stand, move, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift at least 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read a tape measure preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for day or night shift opportunities
- Machine operation experience
- Lift truck/forklift experience a plus
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Requires standing and repetitive movement throughout the shift
- Hands-on production role with opportunities to learn new skills
