StatusReports to Supervisor of Merchandising. No direct reports.
Compensation- Competitive wage $15 hourly, includes travel time between accounts.
- Retention/referral bonus after 3 months (see Program Details).
- Assigned stores serviced on designated weekdays according to schedule.
- Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory.
- General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, detail‑oriented, professional conduct.
- Adherence to company attendance policy.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Movista and other company applications.
- Personal cell phone or mobile device such as a tablet.
- Proficient with Word, internet, and email applications.
Employment contingent on background check, 4‑panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance.
Summary of Responsibilities- Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products, apply store and corporate standards.
- Safely and efficiently replenish product and assemble shelves/racks following measurement guidelines.
- Service all stores as scheduled; seek prior approval before working outside of scheduled hours.
- Contact supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime.
- Accurately record work hours and company information using designated applications.
- Discuss non‑listed duties with supervisor before performing them.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work stores as scheduled.
- Handle all product correctly, including returns.
- Follow planograms, flowcharts, etc.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisor.
- Develop relationships with store personnel.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent:
Bend, squat, stand, walk, push/pull, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movements.
Occasional:
Sit, climb, kneel, reach above shoulder level.
Not required:
Crawl.
Load capacities – Light up to 25lbs, Moderate 25‑50lbs, Heavy over 50lbs.
Mental Requirements: Frequent:
Read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason/analysis.
Occasional:
Other (not specified).
Noise mild; around moving machinery; no exposure to excessive temperature/humidity, dust, fumes, gases, radiation, microwave, motorized equipment, confined quarters.
