Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and assisting with visitor and contractor check-in activities at the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related issues.;
Monitor gates, doors, badge systems, and delivery traffic, helping to control site access for employees, vendors, and guests while following post orders and client-directed protocols.;
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, assist with site communications during operational disruptions, and complete required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.
