Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Control access to the manufacturing location by verifying credentials and authorizing entry;
Monitor access points, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established communication and escalation procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated production areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns
