* We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as a  
** Siding Helper** . In this role, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various siding and metal systems on commercial and/or residential buildings. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on environment with room for growth.

+ Assist with or perform the installation of metal siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and other exterior building materials

+ Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools

+ Install panels and flashing in accordance with building codes and blueprints

+ Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas

+ Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

+ Load and unload tools and materials on job sites

+ Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

** Requirements and

Education:

*
* + Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding

+ Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

** Preferred Requirements and

Education:

*
* + Previous experience in construction, siding, or metal work is preferred but not required for helper positions

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
