Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Yard Worker to join a lumber operations team in Bay Minette. This position involves working outdoors, handling materials, and supporting daily yard operations in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesPull, move, and organize trusses and lumber Stack, sort, and maintain materials in the yard Assist with general yard duties as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
RequirementsAbility to lift and move heavy materials Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work EnvironmentOutdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.) Physically demanding role requiring lifting, moving, and standing throughout the shift
