• Improve equipment reliability by reducing machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance in a continuous manufacturing process environment
• Provide technical support to the I&E Maintenance team
• Proactively support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommend improvements
• Complete process data analysis to detect potential failure and implement actions
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and develop action plans
• Provide suggestions for new and existing maintenance procedures
• Perform capital improvement projects and apply management of change
• Read drawings, schematics, manuals, and engineering documentation for equipment operation
• Devise new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles
• Travel domestically up to 10% as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field AND 5 years’ experience as Electrical Engineer or related. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field AND 3 years’ experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial Electrical field
• Demonstrative experience with maintenance management philosophy including PM, PDM, PSM, and P&S
• Application of norms such as NEMA, NFPA, UL, NEC, ISA, or IEEE
• Experience with petrochemical industry equipment
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems related to I&E compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
