Description
Performs routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAS and carpentry as assigned.
- Perform excellent internal/external guest service;
- Physically respond to emergency situations; i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, or any other emergency situation or repair;
- Service and repair air handler units;
- Install and repair plumbing;
- Repair and install new or damaged equipment; such as, ceiling repairs due to water leaks, lighting repairs, fixtures, kitchen and other equipment;
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner;
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
High School or better.
Technical/other training or better.
Licenses & Certifications RequiredDriver's License
