Bright Bay Lincoln is looking for driven, energetic, people-first professionals to join our elite team on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.

• Work with customers from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Must have self-motivation to be successful
• Exhibit great customer service skills
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Experience utilizing and maintaining a customer relations management database
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience or business development experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual is always a plus
• Must have a valid and "clean" Driver's License

• Salary $85K-$130K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
