Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join our inside sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in accurate take-offs and quoting.

• Perform detailed take-offs from project plans and specifications.
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for projects.
• Review and analyze bid documents and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors for accurate pricing.
• Utilize Net Suite or similar software to manage and track estimates and project data (Net Suite experience is a plus).
• Work directly with clients’ quote requests.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and value engineering.

• Proficiency in performing take-offs and preparing cost estimates.
• Familiarity with Net Suite or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Salary commensurate with experience:
  Salary Range $50k – 70k + Bonus
