Relationship Banker - Bayshore, NY - Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby
• Educate and assist with self‑service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM)
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Build relationships with clients and understand their financial priorities
• Follow established processes, laws, and regulations to protect clients and the bank
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive client experience and manage cash responsibilities

• Enthusiastic, self‑starter with strong work ethic and results focus
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients
• Ability to learn new technology platforms for self‑service banking
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Efficient time and capacity management
  
  Flexible to work weekends and extended hours as needed
• Spanish language skills a plus

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions
• One year of sales experience with incentive goals achieved
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's or relevant associate’s degree (business management, administration, finance)

Hourly pay $25.00‑$27.88 (dependent on experience, education, skills)
