The primary functions of the position are to ensure the assembly of various parts to Duro Dyne specifications.

• Ensure the hand assembly of a variety of parts to Duro Dyne specifications.
• Ensure the packaging of small kits and parts.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of JDS/JD assembly machine, Riveter, Bracket Machine and small presses.
• Ensure the inspection of material as it is being fabricated.
• Maintain and record daily production and production quotas.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Good hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to handle small hand tools.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs. routinely.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours +.

This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $17.00-$19.00 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
