Production Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Heat Transfer Department. This unique hybrid role splits time between the production floor and the office. You will be responsible for operating heat transfer machinery, managing order workflows, and working directly alongside the Department Supervisor to ensure production goals, quality standards, and shipping deadlines are met.

Salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

Work hours:

8 AM - 4:30 PM

Education required:

Associate degree

• Operate heat transfer presses and equipment to apply graphics, logos, and designs to MV Sport apparel.
• Review production orders to ensure correct placement, sizing, and color accuracy of transfers.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished goods to identify and correct any defects before packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace on the production floor.
