Job Description

• Perform deburring, grinding, and precision polishing on carbon steel and stainless steel components.
• Safely and effectively operate pneumatic and electric grinding tools and polishing equipment.
• Execute polishing finishes ranging from 70 RA (80 grit) down to a 4 RA high-grade mirror polish.
• Perform thorough visual inspections of finished parts to ensure full compliance with quality and tolerance specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Experience: Hands-on experience in metal polishing, grinding, or finishing within a custom manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Tools: Must possess a basic personal tool set (wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measure, etc.).
• Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to self-inspect work for surface flaws or non-conformances.
• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and professionalism on the shop floor.
