Lennox is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to fabricate and assemble fire dampers in a structured production environment. You will follow Lead Person guidance, operate roll forming machines, MIG weld components, and assemble dampers to company standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of tape measure experience and can read a tape measure accurately. OT and weekend work may be required; high safety standards are expected in a multi-department setup.
